What do your customers want from you?

When your customers are buying; they want detail, and lots of it. They want to see quality photos, they want price, they want location, they want to know whether the machine is truly available (or out on a LTR / long term rent) and most importantly…. they want accurate machine condition (in the nonNew market of course). The research proves this!

Gone are the days where the end user (contractor, road builder, forestry contractor, miner, farmer, landscaper etc.) is content with finding machines for sale (online or in print) with poor content. They do not want to pick up the phone and call multiple sellers to find out what should be already provided to them. And with many online marketplaces and resources where they can search for machines for sale (I.e. UsedIron.com, CatUsed.com, trade media online marketplaces, IronPlanet.com, RBAuction.com…) the end user has access to more information than he’s ever had. How can he meander through all this if there is poor content? Truth is, he’ll work with dealers and sellers who provide him with what he wants; rich complete content.
