Hi, this is Chester.  As 2006 comes to a close and the holiday season, I want to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season.  It’s been our pleasure working with each of you in the last year and we look forward to a great 2007.

Monday December 11th – UsedIron.com is viewed by thousands in November

Hi, this is Chester.  November 2006 was a strong month for traffic on UsedIron.com (http://usediron.point2.com).  Over 70,000 visitor sessions recorded, accumulating over 1 Million Page Views.  All that adds up to over 9 million hits during the month.

Google was the #1 referring site; sending 36,879 visitors to UsedIron.com in July (that’s over 50 people every hour!).  With close to 20,000 machines for sale on UsedIron.com we received 244,469 Detailed Views (a buyer actually looks at the details of a unit – picture of the unit and seller’s contact info).  These 244,469 detailed views resulted in 513 email leads to our sellers (this does NOT include “want to buy” emails, or “want ad” emails sent to our user list).  Since we do not track telephone calls, we can’t measure how many direct telephone calls occur to our customers during the month.

Monday December 4th – MANAGER performance in November

Uptime Percentage – 99.90% in November (99.75% in October)    ||
Friday November 17th was the only day with a service interruption.
